- For a cancellation notice that will be communicated at least 7 days prior to your scheduled departure date, the operator offers a 100% refund of the down/full payment.
- For changes that will be placed at least 7 days prior to your scheduled departure date, there are no extra fees, but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or specific tour, then a full refund is applied.
- For a cancellation notice or making any change less than 7 days before the scheduled departure date, or NO SHOW, 100% of your total amount will be charged.
