For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the reservation date, no fee is charged. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the reservation will result in 30% of the total amount being charged. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the date of the reservation will result in 100% of the total amount being charged. If you decide to change the reservation day, there is no additional fee, but the availability of the new reservation applies. If there is no availability for the new date or tour, then the cancellation terms concerning the time factor are applied.
