Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 72 hours prior the reservation date, no fee is charged. Cancellations made 48 hours prior the reservation 30% of the total amount will be charged. Cancellations made 24 hours before the date of the reservation, 100% of the total amount will be charged. If the cancellation is made for changing the day of the reservation, no extra fee is applied but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour then the cancellation terms concerning the time factor are applied.
DISCLAIMER NOTE: Operator of the vessel reserves the right: a) to change or modify the route of the scheduled cruise or to cancel it due to inclement weather or for reasons it deems that they should not ensure safety for the customer. Children pricing policy
Children up to 2 years old are free of charge and children from 3 to 12 years old are charged 50% of the official price of the excursion.
