📅 If you cancel at least 15 calendar days before your scheduled departure date, you’ll receive a 100% refund of your deposit or full payment.

📅 If you request changes at least 15 days before departure:
✅ No extra fees apply
⏳ The updated booking is subject to availability
❗ If your new date/tour is not available, a full refund will be issued.

❌ Late Changes, Late Cancellations & No-Show (Less Than 15 Days)
⏰ If you cancel or make changes less than 15 calendar days before departure, or in case of NO SHOW:
💳 100% of the total amount will be charged.

🌦️ Itinerary & Safety Adjustments
The operator may update or replace itinerary locations due to force majeure, weather conditions, or mandatory safety restrictions.

🥗 Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Passengers must inform us of any food allergies or dietary needs when booking (or within a reasonable time before the tour).

🩺 Health & Fitness Responsibility
It is each passenger’s responsibility to confirm they are physically fit to participate and ride on a boat. Passengers agree not to hold the vessel, the operator, or related staff/agents liable for injuries arising from medical issues, negligence, accidents, or other incidents during the tour.
🛟 Passengers must also take reasonable care for their own safety.

🚑 Medical Assistance Onboard
Please note the vessel has limited medical facilities. In the event of illness or injury, help may need to be requested via radio, which can delay treatment until transfer to an appropriate medical facility. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide immediate assistance.

🚌 Pickup & No-Show Policy
Passengers must be at the confirmed pickup location, at the correct time window, and in the correct spot as stated in their confirmation.
🚫 If a passenger is missing, drivers will make reasonable efforts to locate them; however:
❌ No-shows are not refundable
🚐 The vehicle cannot turn back to collect passengers who miss pickup.
