- This is a private tour or activity held on large Catamaran vessels. Only your group will participate.
- Catamaran 62 is available for booking from May 1st to October 15th.
Guests could choose, if possible, a different route according to their needs than the route proposed (admitting is within the range of the locations to visit during this tour) after discussing the details with the captain. Tailor-made tours have to respect captain's safety instructions. - *Guests need to bring towels, warm dry clothes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a sunhat.
*Guests must have a photo of their passport or ID card.
Passengers have to remove their shoes before embarkation.
All yachts and boats in Greece cannot moor directly on the beach. The operator has selected the best points for swimming and snorkeling, the closest possible to the beach.
* Hot Springs: It is good to know that catamarans and yachts keep a distance of 50 m from the warm sulfuric water of the Hot Springs bay. The temperature in the Hot Springs area is up to 4°C warmer than the open water. Guests swim securely close to the volcano. Dark-colored swimwear is recommended.
Please provide the name of your hotel and contact details (yours or your host's). One day prior to the cruise, you will receive the pick-up confirmation.
*The duration of the tour is not the same throughout the season, especially on the sunset cruise. During June, the tour lasts about 5 hours (daylight is longer), while in October it lasts about 4 hours and 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy:
For all cancellations or changes, we require email notification at: reservations@aegeanvip.com
- For a cancellation notice that will be communicated at least 15 calendar days prior to your scheduled departure date, the operator offers a 100% refund of the down payment or full payment.
- For changes that will be made at least 15 days prior to your scheduled departure date, there are no extra fees, but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or specific tour, then a full refund is applied.
- For a cancellation notice, making any change less than 15 calendar days before the scheduled departure date, or NO SHOW, 100% of your total amount will be charged.
TOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The operator reserves the right to implement alternate locations other than the itinerary due to force majeure, weather conditions, or imposed safety limitations. Passengers are responsible to notify us, upon making the reservation or in a reasonable amount of time prior to the tour, of any food allergies or restrictions. It is the passenger’s responsibility to assert whether he or she is physically fit to ride on a boat and will not hold the vessel and/or Santorini Sailing or their employees, agents, or other associated personnel responsible if he or she is injured as a result of any problems (medical, negligent, accidental, or otherwise) that occur while chartering the boat or otherwise participating in the trip. It is the passenger’s responsibility and duty to exercise reasonable care for his or her own safety. Passengers must fully understand that the vessel has limited medical facilities and that, in the event of illness or injury, appropriate care must be summoned by radio and treatment will be delayed until they can be transported to a proper medical facility. Reasonable measures will be taken for immediate medical assistance.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they are waiting at the designated pickup location as per the confirmation provided, namely during the correct time window and in the correct place. While our drivers will make reasonable attempts to identify missing passengers, no-shows will not be eligible for refunds, and due to the nature of the service, the vehicle cannot turn around to collect no-shows.
