Reservations, Cancellations & Amendments

All reservations, cancellations, and booking changes must be submitted by email to reservations@aegeanvip.com.

Requests to cancel or modify a confirmed sightseeing tour must be emailed no later than 21 calendar days before the scheduled tour date/time. In this case, and subject to availability, no cancellation or modification fee will be charged.

• If a service is cancelled by the client less than 21 days before the scheduled tour date/time, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
• If a service is cancelled by the client more than 21 days before the scheduled tour date/time, the amount paid will be refunded in full, excluding bank processing charges and credit card fees.
• If customers fail to arrive at the meeting point on time, this will be treated as a no show, the tour will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions include legal obligations, and AEGEANVIP strongly recommends that you read them carefully. Bookings for land sightseeing tours are made and accepted by AEGEANVIP under these terms and conditions. Unless stated otherwise, all purchases made through www.aegeanvip.com are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

By making a booking, the customer is considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the reservation and agrees to them through use of www.aegeanvip.com. No amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be valid unless confirmed in writing by AEGEANVIP.

Accident or Loss

Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. AEGEANVIP and the tour operator are not responsible for theft, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or any direct or indirect loss, except where caused by the operator’s negligence. In such cases (excluding death or personal injury), the operator’s liability is limited to a maximum amount equal to the refund of the ticket price.

Personal Safety

Each customer is responsible for their safety at all times. By participating in the tour, customers agree to follow the guide’s safety instructions and to act with appropriate care and attention, particularly while walking.

Prices

Prices if displayed on the website reflect current rates and may change without prior notice. Once a tour is booked, the customer will not be charged any additional amount if prices increase, and AEGEANVIP will not refund any difference if costs decrease. Unless otherwise stated, prices apply per private group.

Changes to Existing Bookings

Changes to an existing booking are only possible if AEGEANVIP—and therefore the tour operator—receives written notice at least 21 days in advance at reservations@aegeanvip.com.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 21 days in advance to receive your deposit back.

Cancellations by the Tour Operator

Should the operator cancel a tour (a rare occurrence), they will provide the client with an alternative tour date or a refund.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AEGEANVIP, along with its operators, agents, representatives, and contractors, is not responsible and will not give refunds for problems caused by things outside the tour operator’s control, such as natural disasters, government actions, wars, political issues, riots, labor strikes, technical problems with transport, airport closures, machinery failures, bad weather, water shortages, or any other unavoidable events, even if they took reasonable care.

Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, AEGEANVIP may (without obligation) offer alternative services—if provided by the operator—that it considers a suitable replacement for the original service. If no alternative is available, or if the alternatives offered are not accepted, no refund will be provided.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted under the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), excluding International Private Law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to the validity, interpretation, application, implementation, or termination of these Terms and Conditions—or access to services through aegeanvip.com—shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
