1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit
To secure and confirm your cruise reservation, a 30% deposit of the total cruise amount is required.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid up to 30 days prior to embarkation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. ❌ Cancellation Policy
Guest Cancellation:
More than 45 days before the cruise date: The 30% deposit will be fully refunded.
Within 45 days of the cruise date: The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows: The full cruise amount may be charged.

3. Weather Conditions Policy
The safety of our guests and crew is always our highest priority.
Cruises are cancelled due to weather conditions only if sailing is officially prohibited by the port authority/Coast Guard.
Please note: Wind, waves, sea movement, or general weather discomfort do not automatically constitute valid grounds for cancellation as of personal judgement
If sailing is not permitted due to official port regulations:

• Guests may reschedule their cruise to another available date, subject to availability.
• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of the deposit or full payment made will be issued.

4. ⏰ Port Authority Regulations & Guest Arrival Time
Due to strict Santorini port regulations, vessels are allowed in the port only during specific embarkation and disembarkation time slots.
Guests are therefore required to arrive on time at the designated meeting point communicated prior to departure.
In the event of late arrival:

• The cruise cannot be delayed.
• Guests may board at the next available port slot, if operationally possible
• The total cruise duration may therefore be shorter
• No refund will be given in case of late arrival or missed embarkation timing

5. ⚓ Safety & Captain’s Authority

Safety on board is of utmost importance.
The captain and crew have full authority at all times and reserve the right to

• Refuse further alcohol service to any guest who appears intoxicated.
• Intervene in or stop any unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.
• Amend or modify the cruise route or itinerary if required for safety, weather, or operational reasons.

All guests are required to follow the instructions of the captain and crew at all times.

6. 🏊 Swimming & Water Safety

Swimming is permitted only during designated swimming stops and under crew supervision.

Please note:

• Guests who cannot swim must stay out of the water.
• Life jackets on board are provided as emergency safety equipment only.
• Life jackets are not intended for recreational swimming or swimming lessons

7. Onboard Food & Beverages
To maintain the quality of service and onboard standards:

• Only food and beverages provided by the Operator may be consumed on board.
• Outside food, drinks, or alcohol are not permitted, unless previously approved in writing.

8. 🍷 Red Wine Policy
For the protection and preservation of the yacht’s wooden deck and interior finishes:

• Red wine is strictly not permitted on board

This rule is in place because red wine may cause permanent staining to the vessel’s surfaces.

9. 👣 Footwear Policy
To protect the yacht’s beautiful wooden deck:
High heels and sharp footwear are strictly prohibited
Guests are kindly invited to wear flat shoes, boat shoes, or sandals or remain barefoot on board.

10. 🔧 Damage Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel, onboard equipment, or furnishings as a result of:

• Negligence
• Misuse
• Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions

Any necessary repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.

11. ✅Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the booking and payment of the deposit, the guest confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including the Cancellation
Policy, weather policy, and all onboarding rules are included.
