For all cancellations or changes, we require email notification at reservations@aegeanvip.com in order to advise the operator immediately.

No fee will be charged for cancellation made at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed cruise departure time
A no-show or any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the cruise departure time results in 100% cancellation fees of the total amount
No fee will be charged in case of cancellation due to restrictions by the Greek port authorities in reference to the departure due to bad weather conditions.
