Terms & Conditions / Cancellations:
For all cancellations or changes, we require email notification at reservations@aegeanvip.com in order to advise the operator immediately.
No fee is charged for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure.
Cancellations made from 48 hours to 24 hours before departure will result in 30% of the total amount being charged.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure will result in 100% of the total amount being charged.
If a cancellation is made for changing the reservation day, no extra fee is applied, but the new reservation is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour, then the cancellation terms concerning the time factor are applied.
The operator reserves the right: a) The operator reserves the right to change or modify the route of the scheduled cruise or to cancel it due to inclement weather or for any reasons it deems necessary to ensure the customer’s safety. In case of cancellation, a 100% refund of the down payment or full payment is applied. b) The operator will carry out the trip using any available vessel of the same category, based on operational conditions, and is committed to providing the customer with the agreed-upon services in all cases.
