📱 Passengers must carry a copy or photo of their passport/ID on their mobile phone while on board, in case of Port Authority inspection.

🌊 Water Toys & Extra Activities

💳 Payment of Water Toys

• Water toy fees are payable upon embarkation or as per booking terms.

• Water toy fees and all extras do not include VAT (24%).

• If an invoice is required, an additional 24% VAT will be added.

🛟 Towable Water Toys

• Towable water toys: +€200 per hour

• When renting multiple water toys and accommodating a large number of guests, the captain determines the safety of using them all simultaneously.

⛽ Fuel Charges

Fuel prices may slightly increase due to market conditions.

If this occurs, guests will be informed in advance to settle any difference.

👨‍✈️ Captain’s Authority & Safety Rules

During daily charters involving water toys:

• The captain’s top priority is the safety of all passengers and operators.

• The captain has full discretion to:

  • Limit simultaneous water toy usage

  • Prohibit use of equipment by any guest deemed unsafe or inexperienced

• Guests must comply with the captain’s decisions without need for justification.

🩺 Insurance Responsibility

• The yacht carries owner’s insurance only.

• Charterers and users must have independent medical/accident insurance, onboard or ashore.
