Cancellations due to bad weather
The cruise will be reasonably adjusted or cancelled if the weather is such that the Port Authority does not allow the charter to be conducted. In this case, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund.
Cancellations initiated by the customer
Cancellation requests need to be sent in writing and will be effective on the date they are received byus. If the cancellation is requested more than 30 calendar days prior to the cruise date, the customer isentitled to a 100% refund. If the cancellation is requested less than 30 calendar days and more than 14 calendar days prior to the cruise date, the customer is entitled to a 50% refund. If the cancellation is requested less than 14 calendar days prior to the cruise date, the customer is not entitled to any refund amount.
Cancellations due to a COVID-19 restriction
If new travel restrictions between the customer’s country of residence and Greece are imposed, or if the cruise is cancelled due to a law/regulation/order imposed by the Greek Government or an official Authority, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund.
Cancellations due to a COVID-19 incident
In case the customer, or any of his/her guests, are tested positive to COVID-19 in the 14-day (calendar days) period prior to the cruise, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund. The refund claim will have to be submitted to us together with a proof of a positive PCR test belonging to the customer or any of his/her guests. In order for the customer to be eligible for this refund, the customer, or his/her agent, will need to have sent us the names of the customer and his/her guests, if any, at least 14 calendar days prior to the positive PCR test date.
Cancellations due to critical failure of the yacht
In case the yacht is not able to safely perform the cruise due to a critical failure (e.g. mechanical, structural, etc), the customer, or his/her agent, will receive sufficient evidence of the failure, and the customer is entitled to a 100% refund.
Cancellations due to crew illness
In case one or more members of the yacht’s crew is unable to safely perform his/her duties due to illness, the customer, or his/her agent, will receive sufficient evidence of the crew’s health condition, and the customer is entitled to a 100% refund.
Cancellations due to force majeure
In case of extreme adverse circumstances that might affect the cruise performance (such as general labour dispute, acts of war, fire, lightning, terrorist attacks, technical problems, changed governmental orders, defects in power, communications), the cruise might be cancelled or reasonably adjusted. In case of cancellation, the customer is entitled to a 100% refund.
