General Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 21 days before the scheduled sailing date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.

In case of a no-show, the full amount (100%) of the booking will be charged.

In case of an early departure, 65% of the total amount will be charged.

If a cancellation is due to a mechanical issue, a full refund will be issued.
Weather-Related Cancellation Policy
Our departure point, Ornos Bay, is situated on the southern coast of Mykonos, which is naturally sheltered from the prevailing northern winds. This location allows us to carry out our main itinerary safely and comfortably in winds up to 5 Beaufort.

In case of stronger winds (6–7 Beaufort), we offer an alternative itinerary along the south coast of Mykonos, visiting several beautiful beaches and a peaceful cove away from the crowds. This route remains completely safe due to the calm, wave-free conditions near the coast.
➤ Please note: No cancellations or refunds are provided in this scenario. -
If winds exceed the 7 Beaufort scale or in the event of heavy rainfall, we will attempt to reschedule the trip for another day based on mutual availability.
➤ If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
Force Majeure Policy
In cases of force majeure—including war, pandemics, or terrorist attacks—that significantly disrupt the operation of our services or prevent guests from arriving, the above cancellation terms do not apply.
Instead, we will issue a voucher valid until the end of the following summer season.
➤ If the voucher is not redeemed within this period, a full refund will be processed automatically after the season concludes.
