• Helicopters are limited by the weight of the passengers and their luggage so please make sure to be precise with the weights when asking for a helicopter ride.
Flights are available on a daily basis at regular intervals from 09:00 until Sunset time

Cancellation Policy:
For all cancellations or changes, we require email notification at: reservations@aegeanvip.com
Cancellation by customer:
- A full refund will be issued in the event that a cancellation is made more than or equal to seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date and time.
- If clients cancel between seven days and 72 hours before departure, they’ll be charged 10% of the flight price.
- 30% of the flight will be charged for cancellations made less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours before departure.
- 50% of the flight will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before departure
- 100% of the flight will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellation by Operator:
- If the operator cancels a flight, the customer will receive a full refund in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
- The client is entitled to a full refund if a flight is cancelled due to bad weather, technical difficulties, safety concerns, or an unforeseen restriction from the authorities, unless he wishes to reschedule.
- No refunds will be given if a customer wants to return or cancel a flight after it has taken off.
