Terms & Conditions / Cancellations:
For all cancellations or changes, we require email notification at: reservations@aegeanvip.com
Cancellation by the client:
- A full refund will be issued in the event that a cancellation is made more than or equal to seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date and time.
- Cancellations made less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date and time will result in any deposit or full prepayment being NON-refundable.
- If a customer wishes to reschedule a flight, this is basically free of charge. If a reschedule is not possible—for whatever reason—the fees shown at “flight cancelled by client” are applicable.
- Once a flight has departed and the customer wishes to either cancel it or fly back, no refunds will be made. If the client changes the itinerary or confirmation values, they lose the right to the flight and refund. (Especially weight limitations and baggage dimensions)
Cancellation by the Operator:
- If the operator cancels a flight, the customer will receive a full refund in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
- The client is entitled to a full refund if a flight is cancelled due to bad weather, technical difficulties, safety concerns, or an unforeseen restriction from the authorities, unless he wishes to reschedule.
- No refunds will be given if a customer wants to return or cancel a flight after it has taken off.
Cancellation by the Operator:
