Cancellation by customer:

• A full refund will be issued in the event that a cancellation is made more than or equal to seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date and time.
• If clients cancel between seven days and 72 hours before departure, they’ll be charged 10% of the flight price.
• 30% of the flight will be charged for cancellations made less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours before departure.
• 50% of the flight will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before departure
• 100% of the flight will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellation by Operator:

• If the operator cancels a flight, the customer will receive a full refund in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
• The client is entitled to a full refund if a flight is cancelled due to bad weather, technical difficulties, safety concerns, or an unforeseen restriction from the authorities, unless he wishes to reschedule.
• No refunds will be given if a customer wants to return or cancel a flight after it has taken off.
