Kindly note that:

1. The departure time is approximately. The precise time of departure will be needed to recheck availability if you decide to move forward with the booking.
2. Your flight will be booked as soon as a down payment of 30% of the total amount is completed. One week before the scheduled departure date and time, full payment is expected at the latest.
3. For reservations made with less than 72 hours left before departure, a payment reference for the whole charter fee must be given.

Please provide the following information in the meantime, and you will receive the flight confirmation as soon as the payment is complete:

• Passengers’ names along with their actual weight
• Passengers' IDs or copies of passports
• The quantity and weight of your bags
• Information about any connecting flights, such as the origin country and flight number,

** When you confirm the booking of your private helicopter flight, the operator (the airline company) will ask for a photocopy or scan of your passport (or ID) for each passenger traveling. This is needed to create a passenger’s manifest. This is an official document, requested by aviation authorities and immigration services.

Passengers on vacation may carry heavy, extensive, or many pieces of luggage, while most aircraft have very limited luggage space, especially helicopters and airplanes in the light category.

On the date of the charter, all passengers must hold a valid ID or passport.

The price quoted is valid for 48 hours. The flight will be considered canceled, and the slot will be released if an official reservation form that has been completed and signed, along with the deposit, is still not received within 3 business days of the booking confirmation.

Flights are available on a daily basis at regular intervals from 09:00 until sunset (from May to October).
