You will get a complete refund if you cancel at least 15 days before departure.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 15 days or less before the event

Terms of Payments and Cancelations:

–Weather conditions: The Operator will judge and decide if it is not possible to fulfill a maritime excursion.

1. If the weather does not allow us to sail, we will either try to postpone or cancel and refund any payment that has been made. We are always checking the weather forecast to ensure the best experience for our guests!  
2. The skipper of the boat decides whether the weather conditions are good or not and in the event that it deems that they are not, it reserves the right to cancel at the last minute for the protection of the visitors and the boat
3. Trips are cancelled from 6 and more wind force in Beaufort scale and/or waves predicted above 1-1.3m high
4. Weather conditions are determined 1-2 days before the reserved date.

– All prices offered are including VAT

– For bookings confirmed within 15 days prior to the booking date all sales are final and they do not claim a refund in the event of cancellation on client’s part unless it is a global event or force majeure that cancels travel around the world. 

-An advance payment of 30% is required; however, it is fully refundable in case travelers need to cancel for any reason up to 15 days prior to the booking day (minus bank expenses if applicable). You may handle all payments. An invoice of the NET price will be issued on the day of the service and be sent to you to proceed with the payment. 

1. For cancellations made in less than 15 day prior to the booking date, advance payment is NON-REFUNDABLE
2. For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the booking day the entire value of the service is due and must be paid in full

Important notes:

– We need full names, passport numbers and nationality upon confirming a reservation to prepare the needed documents for the port authorities. 

– Guests must have swimsuits, sea towels, sunscreen and sunglasses for their comfort and protection. 

– Rates are subject to change in the event of significant economic shifts or extreme fuel price increases! 

– All our boats are insured as required by Greek law.
