As a helicopter broker rather than an aircraft owner, AEGEANVIP works only with EASA-certified Greek operators that meet strict national and European safety standards. Every helicopter we put on offer is regularly maintained, every pilot is fully licensed, and every flight is conducted under formal aviation oversight.
You benefit from independent operator selection, transparent pricing, and a single concierge point of contact from the first quote through to landing in Mykonos.
The Athens to Mykonos helicopter price depends on the aircraft type, the season, the time of day, and the helipads you select at departure and arrival. All prices are quoted in EUR and include VAT and legal taxes. Mykonos Airport landing fees, ground transfers, and gratuities are billed separately when applicable.
A 30 percent deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due no later than seven days before departure. For reservations made within 72 hours of the flight, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.
Demand is highest from May to September, especially around major events, weddings, and yacht regattas. Book your helicopter from Athens to Mykonos as early as possible to secure your preferred aircraft and departure window.
Once we have agreed on the aircraft, schedule, and helipads, the operator must build a passenger manifest that meets aviation authority and immigration requirements. Please send the AEGEANVIP team the following for each passenger:
• Full name and actual passenger weight
• A copy or scan of a valid passport or national ID
• Number of bags and the weight of each bag
• Connecting flight details where applicable (origin country, flight number, arrival time)
Every passenger must hold a valid passport or ID on the date of the charter.
Every helicopter is subject to strict weight and baggage limits set by the aircraft manufacturer and the operator. Light category aircraft have particularly limited cargo space, so soft duffel bags are strongly preferred over hard suitcases. Total passenger and luggage weight is checked against the aircraft specification on the day of the flight, and oversized luggage may need to travel separately. We confirm the exact allowance for your chosen helicopter at the time of quoting. Full operator terms are published on our Helicopter Service Terms and Conditions page: https://aegeanvip.com/helicopter-service-terms-and-conditions/

In case the charterer cancels the flight, the air carrier is entitled to withhold or, in the absence of any payment in advance, to demand the following:
10% of the charter price in the event of cancellation (Not all operators charge that fee)
30% of the charter price if cancellation is less than 7 days and more than 72 hours before scheduled departure time.
100% of the charter price if cancellation is less than 72 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If a customer wishes to reschedule a flight, the process is basically free of charge. If a reschedule is not possible—for whatever reason—the fees shown under “flight cancelled by client” are applicable.
Once a flight has departed and the customer wishes to cancel it or fly back, no refunds will be made. Any change to the itinerary or values of the confirmation by the client might cause the loss of the right to the flight without any refund (especially weight limitations and baggage dimensions).
For all cancellations or changes, we require email notification at reservations@aegeanvip.com
Cancellation by the Operator:
If the operator cancels a flight, the customer will receive a full refund in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
The client is entitled to a full refund if a flight is cancelled due to hazardous weather, technical difficulties, safety concerns, or an unforeseen restriction from the authorities, unless they wish to reschedule.
No refunds will be given if a customer wants to return or cancel a flight after it has taken off.
