All helicopters based in Athens can offer either one-way transfers or day trips (returning to Athens the same day). Helicopters based in Mykonos can only offer a one-way transfer.

  • All prices are in EUR and include VAT and legal taxes.
  • Prices do NOT include MYKONOS airport taxes, applicable only to airport landings, as well as ground transportation services from the hotel to Helipad and vice versa.
  • AEGEANVIP withholds the right to amend the current helicopter charter prices without any prior notice.

Please take note that:

  1. Your flight will be booked after a 30% down payment of the total cost is received. Full payment is due no later than one week before the scheduled departure date and time.
    For reservations made with less than 72 hours to departure, a payment reference for the whole charter charge must be provided.
  2. Please provide the following information in the meantime, and you will receive the flight confirmation as soon as the payment is complete:
  • Passengers’ names along with their actual weight
  • Passengers' IDs or copies of passports
  • The quantity and weight of your bags
  • Information about any connecting flights, such as the origin country and flight number,

 

**When you confirm the booking of your private helicopter flight, the operator (the airline company) will ask for a photocopy or scan of your passport (or ID) for each passenger travelling. This is needed to create a passenger manifest. Aviation authorities and immigration services have requested this official document.

Please note that all aircraft are subject to weight and baggage limitations; therefore, you are kindly requested to pay attention to the aircraft specifications as well as our terms and conditions on our website (https://aegeanvip.com/helicopter-service-terms-and-conditions/). Passengers on vacation may carry heavy, extensive, or many pieces of luggage, while most aircraft have very limited luggage space, especially helicopters and aeroplanes in the light category.

On the date of the charter, all passengers must hold a valid ID or passport.



For all cancellations or changes, we require email notification at: reservations@aegeanvip.com

Cancellation by the client:

  • full refund will be issued in the event that a cancellation is made more than or equal to seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date and time.
  • In case of cancellations of less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled departure date and time, any deposit amount or a full prepayment amount is NON-refundable
  • If a customer wishes to reschedule a flight, this is basically free of charge. If a reschedule is not possible – for whatever reason – the fees shown at “flight cancelled by client” are applicable.
  • Once a flight has departed and the customer wishes to either cancel the flight or fly back, no refunds will be made. Any change of the itinerary or values of the confirmation by the client might cause the loss of the right for the flight without any refund. (Especially weight limitations and baggage dimensions)

 

Cancellation by the Operator:

  • If the operator cancels a flight, the customer will receive a full refund in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
  • The client is entitled to a full refund if a flight is cancelled due to bad weather, technical difficulties, safety concerns, or an unforeseen restriction from the authorities, unless he wishes to reschedule.
  • No refunds will be given if a customer wants to return or cancel a flight after it has taken off.
