Set sail from the Alimos Marina in Athens aboard a modern, spacious catamaran designed for comfort and relaxation, and experience one of the most scenic coastal cruises along the Athenian Riviera. This premium small-group private day or sunset sailing tour combines swimming, snorkeling, breathtaking views, and authentic Greek hospitality into one unforgettable maritime adventure.
Your journey begins with a smooth cruise across the Saronic Gulf toward the peaceful Hydroussa Islet, a hidden gem known for its crystal-clear waters and untouched natural beauty. Drop anchor in a sheltered bay and dive in for a refreshing swim, or explore beneath the surface with snorkeling gear, where calm waters reveal fascinating underwater scenery and traces of historical landmarks concealed within the islet’s rocky landscape.
The sailing continues along the glamorous Vouliagmeni coastline, stopping offshore from the famous Astir Beach in a tranquil bay far from crowded shores. Here, guests can enjoy another swim in calm turquoise waters, sunbathe on deck, or simply relax while taking in panoramic views of one of the most exclusive seaside areas near Athens.
As the sun begins to set, the catamaran heads back toward Alimos Marina, offering spectacular views of the Athenian skyline bathed in golden light, with the mountains of the Peloponnese forming a dramatic horizon. This is the perfect moment to unwind with a glass of local wine and a selection of traditional Greek appetizers, while soft music sets the mood for a magical evening at sea.
Ideal for couples, friends, and travelers seeking a premium yet laid-back experience, this day or sunset catamaran cruise in Athens offers the perfect balance of adventure, relaxation, and romance—a memorable way to explore the beauty of the Greek coast from the water.

What Should I Bring on a Cruise?
To make your cruise comfortable, safe, and stress-free, we recommend bringing a few essentials with you on board:
Cruise Essentials Checklist
Quick Boarding Tip
You’ll be asked to remove your shoes when boarding, so we recommend wearing sandals or slip-ons that are easy to take off.
Snacks & Drinks
You’re welcome to bring your snacks or drinks on board. Please note that fridge space is limited, and we kindly ask guests to keep alcohol to a minimum.
Here’s what is included on board during your cruise:
Enjoy a relaxed, semi-private cruise with everything you need for an unforgettable day on the water—all included in your price.
Your cruise package includes:
No hidden costs. No surprises. Everything listed above is included, so you can simply relax and enjoy your cruise.
Food & Drinks on Board
A big part of the cruise experience is enjoying delicious, freshly prepared food at sea. On board, we serve a freshly cooked meal, typically featuring seafood pasta, seasonal salads, and a variety of Greek-style appetizers like tzatziki, pita pies, and other local favorites.
To keep you refreshed throughout the trip, we also offer a great selection of drinks, including local wine, beer, soft drinks, and plenty of water available during the cruise. For everyone’s comfort and safety, alcohol consumption is limited to three drinks per guest.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We’re happy to accommodate common dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. If you have allergies or specific dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance so our team can plan and prepare accordingly. While we’ll always do our best to meet your needs, last-minute changes may not be possible once the cruise has departed.
Bringing Food for Children or Special Needs
If you require specific items such as baby food or children’s snacks, you’re welcome to bring your own. Please note that fridge space on board is limited, so if you’re unsure what to pack, feel free to contact our team ahead of time for guidance. If you want, I can also tailor this to your exact cruise type (sunset cruise, private charter, day cruise, etc.) and add location keywords to boost SEO even more.
Looking for a relaxed, uncrowded way to explore the sea? Our semi-private cruises are all about comfort and a more personal experience. With a maximum of 10 guests on board, you’ll have plenty of room to stretch out, soak up the views, and enjoy the cruise at your pace—without the “packed boat” feeling.
Each cruise is limited to up to 10 passengers, creating a calm, small-group atmosphere and ensuring everyone has space to truly enjoy the journey.
Yes—all passengers, including infants and babies, require a ticket. This is because every guest must be included on the official passenger and crew list submitted to the port authorities before departure, even if a child doesn’t need a seat.
To keep everyone safe and comfortable, please tell us the ages of any children in your group so we can provide the correct life jacket size for them.
If the weather turns bad on the day of your cruise, don’t worry—your safety and comfort always come first. In the unlikely event that sea or wind conditions aren’t suitable for sailing, our team will contact you as early as possible with clear options:
We continuously monitor the marine weather forecast and only cancel trips when it’s genuinely necessary. If you’d like an update in the days leading up to your cruise, our team is always happy to help — just get in touch anytime.
For all cancellations or changes, we require email notification at reservations@aegeanvip.com in order to advise the operator immediately and accordingly.
