- This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate.
- Fjord 48 is available for booking from May 1st to October 31st.
Guests could choose, if possible, a different route according to their needs than the route proposed (admitting is within the range of the locations to visit during this tour) after discussing the details with the captain. Tailor-made tours have to respect captain's safety instructions. - Passengers need to remove their shoes before embarkation.
- It is recommended to bring sunscreen, a sunhat, sunglasses, and dry clothes.
- A confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
- Passport Name, Gender, Number, Expiration Date, Country of Origin, and Date of Birth are required at the time of booking for all participants according to Greek Maritime Law.
- There is no wheelchair access.
- Minimum age is 18 years to consume alcohol.
- Vegetarian options are available, please make your request upon booking.
- All yachts and boats in Greece cannot moor directly on the beach. Operator has selected the best points for swimming and snorkeling at the closest possible distance from the beach.
- Bring a photo of your passport on your mobile or an ID card.
- Please, provide the name of your hotel and your contact details. One day before the cruise, you receive the pick-up confirmation.

Cancellation Policy:
For all cancellations or changes, we require email notification at: reservations@aegeanvip.com
50% down payment for the booking of the yacht and the remainder 50% of charter hire 4 weeks prior embarkation
For daily charters in the Athens area or nearby islands, the petrol consumption (APA) is calculated according to the miles required for the suggested itinerary and the fuel cost included in the total charter price.
Should the itinerary change in the course of the charter upon client request, our captain will inform our clients accordingly. Should there be additional fuel consumption to settle, APA is to be settled in cash on board.
CANCELLATION POLICY
•In the event of cancellation of the charter by the charterer, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:
• Policy of “Dossier’s expenses” (150 Euro minimum) will be applied for bookings cancelled in time period up to 91 days prior to boat embarkation
• Cancellation fee of 30% of the total charter fee for bookings cancelled within a period of 60–31 days prior to boat embarkation.
• Cancellation fee of 50% of the total charter fee for bookings cancelled within a period of 30–16 days prior to boat embarkation
• Cancellation fee of 100% of the total charter fee for bookings cancelled in a period of 15 days prior to boat embarkation
