- The cruise is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled or canceled in case of adverse conditions. If you’re pregnant, traveling with a child under 2, prone to seasickness, or have mobility or health issues, please check the forecast and consult our team before booking.
- For special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries, let us know in advance—we’ll be delighted to make your celebration special with a complimentary branded gift.
- Please arrive on time, as we cannot delay departure due to port regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by guests or unforeseen events.
- Maximum group size: 20 travelers.
- If your booking includes a transfer, our office will contact you in advance with pickup details. We have designated meeting points in each area.
- If you’re arriving without a transfer, please be at the departure port at least 20 minutes before the cruise starts. Late arrivals will forfeit their tickets, as we cannot delay departure due to port authority rules.

For cancellations or changes made more than 72 hours prior to departure, no refund will be issued, and cancellation fees apply.
The operator reserves the right to change or modify the route of the scheduled cruise or to cancel due to inclement weather or safety concerns. In the event of a cancellation due to safety concerns, 100% of the deposit or the full payment will be refunded.
