Terms & Conditions / Cancellations:

For all cancellations or changes, we require email notification at reservations@aegeanvip.com in order to advise the operator immediately.

No fee will be charged for cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the confirmed cruise departure time
A non-show or any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the cruise departure time results in 100% cancellation fees of the total amount
No fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to restrictions imposed by the Greek Port Authorities related to adverse weather conditions affecting the departure.
