Cancellation Policy

The deposit can be refunded only if you cancel 21 days prior to sailing.
In case of a no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
The customer receives a complete refund in the event of a mechanical problem.

Weather cancellation policy

Our starting point (Ornos Bay) is located on the south coast of Mykonos, and it takes in account the prevailing local wind (blowing from the north); this is why we can do our main itinerary comfortably with a wind up to 5-6 Beaufort.

With a wind of 6-7 Bft, instead of Rhenia and Delos islands, we do our alternative itinerary: a tour along the south coast of Mykonos, visiting most of the south beaches and a lovely cove away from the crowds. Kindly note that this itinerary is perfectly safe thanks to the proximity of the coast (no waves). There is no tour cancellation or refund. 

If winds blow ≥ 7 Bft and/or there is heavy rain, we try to postpone to another day with better weather according to both sides’ availability, and, of course, if it’s not possible, we cancel with full refund.

In case of force majeure, war, pandemic, or terrorist attacks affecting the good performance of the services or the coming of our customer, the above policies are not valid; instead, we issue a voucher valid until the end of the next summer season. If the customer doesn’t use the voucher within this specific period of time, a full refund will occur immediately after the end of this time.
