The cruise package includes complimentary:

• Captain and Crew*
• VAT and Port taxes
• Fuel consumption required for the above-suggested itinerary
• Snacks (sandwiches & vegetable platter), fresh seasonal fruit platter, beverages (soft drinks, beers, wine, water, juices)
• Towels and snorkeling gear
• 1-2 stops on the way for swimming, snorkelling, and lunch (on clients expense) to islands like Paros, Ios, Iraklia depending on weather conditions.

Does not include:

• Fuel costs for any other itinerary than the ones above mentioned.
• Gratuity tips to crew
• All Extras, Water Toys, and Other Services: Upon Request

* Depends on the category of the yacht

The company reserves the right a) to modify the route of the tour or cancel it due to inclement weather b) to carry out the tour with any vessel of the same category depending on the availability. The duration and the time schedule of the tour are adjusted during the season depending on the time of sunset.

All prices are in EUR and include VAT and legal taxes.

Kindly note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, fuel prices, and/or unforeseen economic circumstances.

Ground transfer to the embarkation point (pickup and drop-off service) and gratuities are not included in all rates.

Passport Full Name, Gender, Number, Country of Origin, and Date of Birth are required at time of booking for all participants according to the Greek Maritime Law. Passengers need to have on board a copy or a photo of their passport or ID on their mobile in case Port Authority runs a check on the boat.

It is important to send us the following information upon booking requests: Cell phone number, number for emergency contact (very important for pick-up remainder). We will not use the phone number provided for commercial use. Hotel accommodation details: in case clients are planning to stay in an Airbnb, please provide their cell phone number and host's number.

Water Toys: Water toy fees to be remitted per hand upon embarkation or as per booking form terms. Water toy fees and all other extras do not include VAT of 24%. Should an invoice be required, an additional VAT of 24% should be considered and added to the final rental fees.

Towable water toys: +200 Euro per hour. Should the charterer rent out a variety of water toys and the guests on board are many, the captain will be the sole judge on whether all water toys can be used at the same time in order to ensure that there are no accidents or safety measures have not been discarded.

Kneeboarding and water skiing, if available on board, are to be rented by experienced charterers.

Some boats cannot offer onboard water toys pooling due to weak tender HP or no tender. Should clients want to engage in water toys activity, we would cruise to a water sports facility. 

Transfer from accommodation to embarkation location and vice versa.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Fuel rates are subject to a slight change in price (raise if any) on the market during the time of the charter. Should this apply, the client will be informed in due time in order to settle any difference.

USAGE OF WATER TOYS DURING DAILY CHARTERS:

The captain's main duty and priority when water toys are rented is the safety of all passengers on board and that of the water toy operators. It will be left to Captain's discretion to allow multiple water toy activities at the same time. Should he judge that all water toys cannot be used simultaneously, the operator / renter is to comply with his decision & criteria without need of justification.

• The captain shall have the authority to prohibit the use of water sports equipment by the charterer or any or all his guests on board if, in his reasonable opinion, they are not competent to operate such equipment and are behaving in an irresponsible manner or are failing to show due concern for other persons when operating the equipment.
• The charterer, renter, / user shall carry independent insurance on board or ashore for any medical or accident expenses incurred other than that covered under the yacht's owner insurance.

Bank wire transfer admitted that won’t be any bank or transaction on our end. Proof of Payment slip stating the booking reference number must be sent to reservations@aegeanvip.com

Or by credit card/debit card (additional transaction fees apply, +3.50% for VISA or MasterCard and 4% for AMEX). For the case you wish to pay by credit card, a payment link will be sent to you, and you make the transaction in the banks’ secure environment. (Please let us know the name of the card holder and the type of card: Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX. For security concerns, AEGEANVIP will NEVER ASK customers for their credit or debit card information.
